I had high hopes for this hotel because of how it was presented online, but I faced several issues during my stay. The location was quite noisy, which made my experience less enjoyable initially, and the first room I had was really unpleasant with a bad smell. I was relieved to be moved to a better room after a few days. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing, and the breakfast was not worth bothering with. On the positive side, the atmosphere in Phuket during New Year was fantastic, and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to popular spots.
